Jenkins is a graduate of the University of Georgia and enjoys spending time and traveling with his family. Jenkins also enjoys running roads, trails, and backpacking.

In 2006, Coke brought his development and construction expertise as a co-founder of Columbia Development. Since then, Coke’s primary focus at Columbia Development has been providing construction, architectural and engineering oversight, as well as budgeting and entitlement services. Coke is also involved in Columbia Development’s corporate management, strategic retail planning, operations and organizational development. Coke attended the College of Charleston with a focus in Business and Economics. When not working, Coke enjoys running, playing golf and spending time with his wife and two grade school daughters.

Ellen attended the University of South Carolina and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and International Business and a Master’s degree in Teaching. She began her career at Fluor Corporation in Greenville, South Carolina, as a member of the Government group. At Fluor, Ellen worked exclusively on the Hurricane Katrina FEMA relief project, which provided temporary housing units throughout Louisiana to more than 160,000 displaced residents. Ellen has worked with numerous retailers while executing projects ranging from mixed-use and anchored shopping centers to multi-tenant and net lease properties. A partial list of retailers includes Wegman’s, Costco, Walmart, Harris Teeter, The Home Depot, Target, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Publix, Verizon Wireless, Chipotle, Starbucks, and Mattress Firm. He has played a key role in more than seven million square feet of power center, specialty center, and mixed-use developments throughout the US. Prior to partnering with Columbia Development, Ron was a Partner and Director of Leasing for North American Properties – Atlanta. During his tenure at NAP, Ron orchestrated and directed the execution of the merchandising and leasing strategies for the turnaround of Atlantic Station Town Center in Atlanta, GA and for the highly acclaimed Avalon in Alpharetta, Ga. Upon stabilization, Atlantic Station Town Center and Avalon were sold for a combined profit of more than $200 million. In 1998, Ron co-founded Forum Development Group, an award-winning developer of specialty retail and mixed-use "places". Prior to Forum Development Group, Ron was Senior Vice President of Development with Cousins MarketCenters where he was responsible for site selection and major tenant leasing for power center and lifestyle center developments. He was instrumental in the initial development of the company's lifestyle center concept, "The Avenue". As such, he managed the in-town portfolios of Dewberry Capital, Halpern Enterprises and the Atlanta History Center, among other major clients. In 2011, Zuckerman joined North American Properties, where he led the leasing strategy for the turnaround of Atlantic Station Town Center, a major Atlanta destination consisting of 1.3 million square feet of retail space, anchored by several major tenants including Target, IKEA, Regal Cinema and Dillard's. Zuckerman successfully increased the development’s occupancy by 20 percent by adding more than 40 new national and local retailers and chef-driven restaurants. Zuckerman's next challenge was the acclaimed Avalon development in Alpharetta, Georgia, where he was instrumental in the pre-leasing of more than 400,000 square feet of retail space. Avalon opened with an unprecedented 98 percent occupancy rate, delivering an acclaimed mix of tenants like Whole Foods, Apple, Anthropology, Free People, Lululemon, & Williams Sonoma. Furthermore, Zuckerman strategically curated Avalon's best-in-class, chef-driven restaurant mix, which many consider the cornerstone of the development. In 2006, Albert was hired as a Senior Project Manager for EDENS, where over a ten-year period he developed in excess of 2,000,000 square feet of grocery-anchored shopping centers, power centers, and multi-use developments throughout NC, SC, GA, FL, and OR. Major tenants he has developed for include Publix, Whole Foods, The Fresh Market, Target, Walmart Neighborhood Market, TJX Brands, Best Buy, West Marine, Ross, ULTA, and DSW. Notable projects that Albert was involved in include Cross Hill Market and Trenholm Plaza in Columbia and Park Road Shopping Center in Charlotte. In addition to new construction, Albert was heavily involved in repositioning existing assets in the EDENS portfolio. Albert is a certified LEED Green Associate.

Private sector experience includes a development internship with RealOP Investments, a commercial real estate investment group located in Greenville, SC. Walker assisted the lead principals with management, research, and financial underwriting support. He completed due diligence checklists, reviewed investment memos, researched build-to-suit prospects, and investigated market analysis reports for growing areas in the southeast. Walker is a native of Columbia, South Carolina. Outside of work, Walker enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, college football, the great outdoors, and serving the community.

He was first employed as tax staff with Deloitte & Touche. While at Deloitte, Scott passed the exam and became a Certified Public Accountant. After rising to the level of manager, Scott left to start his own firm. He was self-employed for 11 years, handling a variety of tax and legal issues, including tax return preparation, wills and trusts, and business formations. He joined Columbia Development Group full-time in 2016 after serving as its CPA since inception. Scott enjoys spending time with his family, cycling, and reading.

She is a member of Trenholm Road United Methodist Church and is an active volunteer with the Junior League of Columbia. Allison is married to Joel Hughes and they share two beautiful children, Cohen and Holland. When not at work, Allison loves cooking, traveling, spending time with her family and friends, and running.

In Richard’s spare time, he and his wife volunteer their time cooking for Family Life ministries.

Richard is a licensed landscaper and certified in various capacities including LEED concrete, stormwater, erosion control, MSHA, and US Army Corp of Engineers quality control. In Richard’s spare time, he and his wife volunteer their time cooking for Family Life ministries.
